New Year, Old Year, it’s all the same!

See ya later 2012, welcome 2013!  I’m not a fan of end of the year posts, mainly because I look back and think, crap….I didn’t really get anywhere, but I’ve come to the realization that…it’s not exactly true. I, you, me, we, are all a work in progress. We move forward with the best of intentions, we stumble, get stuck, falter and sometimes come to a complete stop…but, that’s okay. As long as we have that desire to continue!

Don’t judge yourself so harshly, for the love of God, don’t compare yourself to those highly edited and photoshopped Facebook friends who seem to have it all… That’s bullshit. We all know in our hearts what we want, what makes us happy and ultimately , what we really NEED to do. I’m not gonna lie to you, you may not get exactly what you were hoping for, but it’s a journey..and you can still be happy and make others happy and you really only need to do one thing to get there. Try. Really, actually try. Get off your ass and go. Go to the gym, go to the park, go to the interview, go to the show, Just Go.

Have a wonderful and safe New Years. I have a dinner reservation at 5:45, because I can’t stay up past 9, and I am so okay with that! Xoxo
