You know those people who say you should have to pass a test to have children?

Unfortunately, Catalina is a 19 year old Arizona mother of a five week old that she placed ( thankfully in her car seat) on the roof of her car and drove off, leaving the baby and the car seat in the middle of the road! When I first read the headline ” Woman arrested for driving off with baby on the car hood”, I thought, God, that poor woman, she must be frazzled and somehow forgot the baby was up there. No, No.. uhhh.. NO. She was just wasted, which, you know, is an excuse for some things.. but NOT this. And, if you think she realized what she had done.. think again. Phoenix police say they received a call around 1:00 a.m. that a baby was found in a car seat in the middle of the road.
